YUM YUM YAMS 
3-4 sweet potatoes
1 c. milk
2 eggs
3/4 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

TOPPING:

3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans
3/4 c. melted butter

Bake potatoes. Cool enough to peel, but still hot enough to melt butter. Mash in mixer. Add eggs, sugar and spices. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Add topping.

Topping: Mix together. Spread over potatoes. Bake 10 minutes longer. Super for Thanksgiving.
