CREAM CHEESE MINTS 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temperture
2 lb. powdered sugar
Color
Flavoring as desired

Beat cream cheese until soft. Add color and flavoring. Gradually add powdered sugar. Knead until consistency of pie dough or all powdered sugar is mixed in. Roll in a small ball and roll in granulated sugar. These can be molded in a mold or flattened with a glass or fork or the palm of your hand. Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator.
