5 CUP SALAD OR AMBROSIA | |
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges 1 (5 1/2 oz.) can chunk pineapple 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1 c. shredded coconut 1 c. sour cream Drain fruit and place in bowl with marshmallows and coconut. Fold in sour cream (a sprinkle of sugar may be added if you like). Also for added flavor cut into very tiny pieces one slice of American cheese and add to mixture. It's heavenly! |
