2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour, sifted
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
4 c. rhubarb

Mix well. Put into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees until filling is tender.
