1 lb. ground beef
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 "Nunna" bread loaf (lg. French bread, etc.) cut in half lengthwise

TOPPINGS:

Cheese slices
Onion slices
Tomato slices

Combine meat, paste, and taco seasoning. Spread 1/2 meat mixture on each 1/2 bread. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove and decorate with toppings.

Can be made ahead and frozen. Just bake in oven still wrapped in foil and bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes.

NOTE: Do not hollow out bread or be generous with meat or bread burns and meat doesn't get done.
