ROUND STEAK WITH RICH GRAVY 
2 to 2 1/2 lbs. round steak
1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. onion soup mix
1/4 c. water
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Cut steak into 5 or 6 serving size. Place in slow cooking pot. Add dry onion soup mix, water and mushroom soup. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Excellent when served with mashed potatoes. Makes 5 or 6 servings. This is very rich.
