QUICK TURKEY PIE 
BISCUIT:

2 c. biscuit mix
1 tbsp. minced onion
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

SAUCE:

4 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. shredded carrots
2 c. diced turkey, cooked

Mix, biscuit mix, onion, milk. Pat into pie tin. Sprinkle with green pepper and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.

Blend in cooking dish-flour, butter, salt, mustard and pepper. Add milk and Worcestershire sauce, cook and stir until thick. Stir in carrots and turkey. Heat. Then serve over pie slices of biscuit wedges.
