PEPPER STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. top round steak
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 c. water
Lg. sliced onion
Lg. bell pepper
1/4 c. tomato sauce or ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown thinly sliced steak in butter. Add other ingredients and cook for 10 minutes. Thicken with 3 tablespoons of flour. Serve over rice.
