LEMON BAKED CHICKEN 
10-12 pieces of chicken (fryer) or 1 1/2 fryers (cut up)
2 env. of dry cream of chicken soup
Paprika
Lemon pepper
Garlic powder (not salt)
Juice of 3 fresh lemons
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. water

Season chicken with spices above. Arrange in bottom of shallow, lightly oiled baking dish. Bake 20-25 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven, uncovered. Turn over. Mix dry soup, lemon juice, flour and water in a jar. Shake well. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake until gravy thickens. Cover and bake until gravy thickens (20-25 minutes). Serve with rice or noodles.
