PISTACHIO (NO BAKE PIE) 
1 box pistachio instant pudding
1 (9 oz.) bowl of Cool Whip
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 (20 oz.) can Dole crushed pineapple

Mix pudding, Cool Whip and pineapple. Put into pie crust. Cool in refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight. Double recipe for 3 pies.
