CHINESE CHICKEN | |
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice (sm., not instant), cooked 1 can French style green beans, drained 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 c. mayonnaise 2 oz. jar chopped pimiento 1 sm. pkg. slivered almonds 1 can water chestnuts, sliced (drained) 1/2 c. white rice, cooked 1 onion, chopped 1 whole chicken (3-5 lb.), cooked and chopped up Boil chicken. Cook rice using chicken broth in place of water. Saute onion in butter. Mix all together and cook until bubbly, covered, at 350 degrees. |
