STREUSEL FRUIT PIE ALA NYE | |
CRUST: 1 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. cooking oil (vegetable) 2 tbsp. milk FILLING: 1/2 c. 10X sugar 1/3 c. flour 4 c. (1 lb. 13 oz.) drained peaches STREUSEL: 3/4 c. flour 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/3 c. softened butter FILLING SUBSTITUTIONS: Blueberries or strawberries Combine crust ingredients in order listed to form soft dough. Press into 9" pie pan. Combine filling in bowl; mix well. Spoon filling into an unbaked pie shell. Combine Streusel to a crumb mix, spoon over fruit. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Other fruit can be used. |
