CORN PUDDING 
1 1/2 c. fresh corn
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. melted shortening
1 1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of white pepper

Combine all ingredients; pour into greased casserole. Place casserole in pan of hot water in oven. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven about 50 minutes. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
