AUNT IDA MAE'S DUMPLINGS TO
FREEZE
 
4 c. flour
1 stick butter
2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. salt

Allow water and butter to come to a boil. Pour in flour and salt. Mix thoroughly. Knead a few times. Roll dough out flat. Cut into squares and place on a cookie sheet. You can make 2 layers. Put in freezer. When frozen, break apart and put in zip lock bag. Use as needed in your favorite chicken broth mixture.
