AVOCADO DESSERT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 lg. or 2 sm. avocados
1 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
1 scant c. mayonnaise

Mix Jello and hot water, then cool in refrigerator until thickened; whip until frothy. Whip cream and flavor with sugar and vanilla. Add to whipped Jello and return to refrigerator. Peel avocado and mash in bowl. Add pineapple and mayonnaise. Mix well and add to Jello mixture. Leave in bowl or pour into flat dish. Return to refrigerator until firm. Serve on lettuce leaf.
