2 1/2 c. fresh strawberries
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin (1 env.)
2 egg whites
1/4 c. sugar
1 env. Dream Whip
8 (2-inch) baked pastry shells

Crush enough strawberries to make 1 1/4 cups. Reserve 8 berries for garnish. Heat and stir gelatin in 3/4 cup water. Cool; stir into berries. Chill until thickened.

Beat egg whites to soft peaks; gradually add sugar, beating to stiff peaks. Fold into strawberry mixture.
