PEANUTTY CHOCOLATE DREAM PIE 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped peanuts
1/3 c. shortening
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 to 2 1/2 tbsp. water

FILLING:

1 c. chocolate chips
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. whipped topping
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine flour, baking powder, chopped nuts, and salt. Cut in shortening and peanut butter until crumbly. Sprinkle water over flour, stir lightly with fork and press into 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

Melt chocolate chips and cool. Separate eggs. Beat whites until foamy. Add 1/4 cup sugar and salt. Continue beating until soft peaks form. Set aside.

Combine yolks, cream cheese and remaining 1/2 cup sugar. Beat at high speed until smooth and creamy. Add cooled chocolate and fold in egg whites, whipped topping and vanilla. Refrigerate.
