1/2 c butter
1/3 c. cocoa
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Melt butter, blend in cocoa, add sugar and remaining ingredients. Heat waffle iron to medium heat. Drop batter by the teaspoon on hot waffle iron. Bake 1 minute.

FROSTING:

Chocolate frosting or 1 c. melted chocolate chips plus 1/4 c. or 4 tbsp. butter

Frost with chocolate frosting while cookies are hot. Easy, fun and delicious!
