DRIED BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
3 tbsp. chopped onion (more if you like)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 lb. dried beef, cut in bite-size pieces

If dried beef is too salty, pour boiling water over it and drain well.

Stir soup to make a creamy consistency. Add milk, cheese, onion, uncooked macaroni and dried beef. Turn into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Store covered overnight (or at least 3-4 hours). Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serves 4-6.
