CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermink
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. flour (self rising)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. cooking oil

In sauce pan, bring water, butter, oil and cocoa to boil. Pour over flour and mix well. Set aside. Mix buttermilk, eggs and vanilla. Add to chocolate batter. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Start icing about 5 minutes before cake is done.

CHOCOLATE ICING:

1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Place butter, cocoa and milk in saucepan. Bring to a boil, then add powered sugar, vanilla and pecans. Pour over hot cake..
