HELLUSHSKI 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
4 c. shredded sweet cabbage
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. butter
12 oz. cottage cheese

Boil shredded cabbage until tender, 15-20 minutes. Saute the onion in the butter until clear. Cook noodles as per package instructions and drain. Combine cabbage, onions, butter, noodles, salt, and cottage cheese and mix well. Serves 4.
