2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. water
1 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Bring butter and water to boil, remove from heat. Stir in confectioners' sugar, cocoa and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
