POPCORN CAKE 
1/2 c. corn oil
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. marshmallows
1 lb. M&M'S®
1/2 lb. peanuts
4 qt. popped popcorn

Put oil, butter and marshmallows in pan and heat. Blend well. Pour over popcorn and nuts; mix half way. Add M&M'S® and mix well. Press into buttered angel food pan. Refrigerate until hard.
