CHEESY FISH FILLETS 
SAUCE:

3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of cayenne
1 1/2 c. milk
2/3 c. shredded cheese

1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 lb. fish fillets, cut in serving pieces 2 tbsp. Parmesan Paprika

Put spinach in casserole. Put lemon juice on top. Lay on fish fillets. Spread on sauce over fish, after putting on 1/2 teaspoon salt. Sprinkle on Parmesan and some paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
