GREEK CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. cooked chicken breast (about 3 breasts), poach to cook
2 med. cucumbers, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 1/4 c. crumbled feta cheese
2/3 c. sliced pitted olives
1/4 c. parsley

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. plain yogurt
2 tbsp. dill, minced

Combine first five ingredients and set aside. Mix dressing. Toss with chicken. Chill and serve. Serves 6.
