TUNA QUICHE | |
1 frozen pie crust 1 (6 1/8 oz.) can tuna fish 2 eggs 1 (8 oz.) evaporated milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. chives 1 clove minced garlic 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/8 tsp. black pepper 1/4 c. onions, chopped 1 (8 oz.) grated Jack cheese Bake pie crust for 5 minutes at 425 degrees. Let it cool. After cooled put drained tuna on bottom of pie crust. Top it with onions and cheese. Mix together eggs, milk, salt, chives, garlic, lemon juice and pepper. Pour this mixture into the pie crust. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and cook for an additional 30 minutes. Serves 8. |
