20 oz. bag of Oreo cookies that have been frozen and then crushed
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 boxes vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip

Mix pudding and milk together, then combine with Cool Whip. Layer crushed Oreo Cookies, cream cheese mixture and pudding mixture into bowl ending with Oreo mixture on top.
