HOMEMADE MACARONI AND CHEESE 
The best!!

1 (16 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni noodles
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
milk, as needed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Boil and drain noodles according to package directions and set aside.

In a saucepan over low heat place salt, flour and butter making a paste over the low heat. When mixed completely together add milk and cheese slowly (a little bit at a time) while stirring constantly. You want a creamy sauce with all cheese combined and melted.

Place boiled noodles in a greased dish. Pour sauce over covering all noodles then sprinkle some more cheese over top.

Bake in 350°F oven for 40 minutes. Let set for 10 minutes and serve.
