HEATH BAR CAKE | |
1 stick butter 2 c. flour 2 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking soda 1 egg, beaten 1 c. milk 6 frozen Heath bars, crushed (may use brickle bits, 1 eight ounce package) Combine butter, flour, and brown sugar until crumbly. Measure out 1 cup of mixture; set aside. Add salt, vanilla, soda, egg, and milk to flour mixture. Turn into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine crushed candy with reserved mixture and spread on top of cake. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until top springs back. |
