SOUR CREAM CHEESECAKE 
Graham Cracker Crust:

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
6 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar

Place the graham cracker crumbs in a small bowl. Melt butter and add to crumbs. Add sugar. Mix ingredients together and place in a spring-form pan; press to the bottom. Save a small amount of crust mixture to sprinkle over the top of the cheesecake.

Cheesecake:

2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Put eggs and sugar in a blender. Add sour cream. Cut cream cheese into small cubes and add to blender one at a time while blender is running. When smooth, add melted butter and vanilla. Pour into crust in spring-form pan.

Bake in 375°F oven for 45 minutes. It will be soft in the center but will firm up as it cools.
