BRATS N' BEER 
Mix together:

1 c. beer
1 c. chili sauce
1 c. brown sugar

Cut brats or other sausages into bite size pieces. Add all of the above mixture and simmer for 1 hour. Serve warm in chafing dish with toothpicks. Sauce is enough for 20 brats.
