MEXICAN COLE SLAW 
4 c. finely shredded cabbage
1 c. diced celery
1 lg. green pepper, thinly sliced
2 pimentos (canned), thin strips
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped salted peanuts
Mayonnaise to moisten

Blend well.
