COUNTRY MAYO IRISH BREAD 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. caraway seeds
1/2 c. raisins
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together all dry ingredients in large bowl. Add sour cream and stir. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
