EGGS ROYAL CASSEROLE 
2 c. croutons, herb seasoned
1 c. cheese, shredded
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
10 slices bacon, cooked

Combine croutons and cheese and put in bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. Mix other ingredients until well blended; pour over croutons and cheese. Crumble bacon on top. Bake 325 degrees for 55-60 minutes. May be made the night before. Serves 6.
