CHICKEN GRAVY 
1 qt. strained chicken broth
1/4 c. flour
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat broth in saucepan. Add flour and cold water, gradually adding to the broth, mixing well. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Add salt and pepper. Serve warm.
