BEEF STROGANOFF 
3 lbs. round steak, cut into bite size pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

Mix the above ingredients and put in greased casserole. Bake slowly at 275 degrees for 3 hours. Then add 1 cup sour cream and mix well. Serve over noodles or rice.
