BEEF STROGANOFF 
Top round steak
Lipton onion soup mix
1 pt. sour cream
Flour
Milk
Water
Butter, real
1 sm. can mushrooms

Serve over:NoodlesRicePotatoes:

Cut steak into strips. Brown in butter, salt and pepper to taste. Remove when brown. Add flour to butter, brown; add milk and water, let thicken; add soup mix, stir in until well mixed. May need more water. Add sour cream mix again; add meat to cover; let simmer until meat is well seasoned and meat is tender. Serve over noodles, rice or potatoes.
