MOCHA CAKE 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, scant
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
2 scant c. flour
1/8 tsp. lemon extract
4 egg whites, beaten stiff at last

Cream sugar and butter; add milk, flavoring, baking powder and flour. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour into greased cake pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until done. When cool, cut into small pieces. Make a powdered sugar frosting. Frost each piece and roll in ground peanuts.
