BREAD PUDDING 
6 eggs
3 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1 1/2 qts. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 sm. loaf of bread or dinner rolls, 1 doz.

Place bread in greased cake pan, mix eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla and pour over top. Add cinnamon and bake in slow oven 300 percent for about a hour or until set. Pour and spread topping over hot pudding. Makes 1 large pan.

TOPPING:

1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 stick butter

Heat until butter is melted, then stir in milk. Spread on hot pudding.
