PECAN REFRIGERATOR COOKIES 
1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans, finely chopped

Cream together butter and sugar, stir in eggs, dry ingredients, nuts and vanilla. Beat until mixture is smooth. Form into a roll, wrap in waxed paper and cool in refrigerator until firm. Cut in thin slices and bake on cookie sheet at 325 degrees until light brown.
