NONA'S PUMPKIN SQUARES 
4 eggs, beaten until fluffy
1 2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 can pumpkin
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) softened cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Beat eggs until fluffy. Add sugar, oil, pumpkin. Sift together flour, cinnamon, salt, and soda. Add to first ingredients. Mix until smooth. Bake in greased and floured 9x13 inch pan for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING: Beat all ingredients together, put on cooled cake. Cut in squares. Great at Thanksgiving!
