GINGER CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 halved boneless skinned chicken breasts, (2 whole)
3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp. chopped fresh ginger
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. parsley
3 green onions, sliced
1 tbsp. cooking wine
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. molasses
1 1/3 c. soy sauce

Mix all ingredients to produce a marinade. Put the chicken in the marinade and place in the refrigerator for about 2 to 3 hours. After marinating, grill the chicken for best results. 4 servings.
