BAR-Q-QUE BEEF 
2/3 c. catsup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. hot sauce, optional
1 tsp. dill weed
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 lg. can tomato sauce (32 oz.)
3 1/2 lb. meat (whole) (Use any roasting meat)

Place all ingredients in large pot. Cook at least 3 hours on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Done, when meat falls apart. Shred from bones and serve on buns.
