BAR - B - KUE BRISKET | |
3-4 lb. trimmed brisket 1/8 oz. Adolph unseasoned meat tenderizer 1/8 oz. garlic salt 1/8 oz. celery salt 1/8 oz. onion salt 1/2 oz. liquid smoke 1 1/2 oz. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 oz. Italian dressing 1/2 oz. catsup 2 tsp. prepared mustard Put the brisket in a glass dish. Put all of the above ingredients on the brisket. Cover with foil and marinate for 3 to 4 hours in the refrigerator. It's better if you marinate overnight. The next day bake covered in a 350 degree oven until tender, approximately 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Baste occasionally. Remove foil cover during last 30 minutes so meat can brown. |
