7 MINUTE FROSTING 
In a double boiler, combine:

2 egg whites
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons light corn syrup
1/3 cup cold water
dash salt

Cook, beating constantly with egg beater or electric mixer until mixture forms peaks, about 7 minutes. Remove from hot water, add 1 teaspoon vanilla and beat until spreading consistency is right.
