CARROT CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 sm. or 2 lg. jars carrot (strained baby food)
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. raisins
1 c. walnuts

Cream the eggs and sugar. Add oil and carrots. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in 9"x13"x2" greased and flour pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
