PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
4 pork chops
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
3/4 c. raw rice
1/2 med. green pepper
1 tbsp. dried onions
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown pork chops on both sides in non-stick skillet. Pour rice on top of chops. Add tomatoes (chopped) and juice from can, or blended in blender. Sprinkle chopped green pepper, onions, salt, and pepper on top of rice and tomatoes. Cover and simmer checking that rice has enough moisture to cook. Add water if needed. Cooking time approximately 45-60 minutes. Easy.
