PORK CHOPS WITH WINE 
6 thick pork chops
1 tbsp. shortening
3 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. beef bouillon
1/2 c. dry red wine
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Brown pork chops in shortening. When good and brown, add onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, bouillon, red wine, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until chops are tender. Remove the chops and add the cornstarch mixed with water to dissolve. Stir until smooth. Serve over chops.
