CHOCOLATE MINT PIE 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 sq. chocolate melted and cooled
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract (optional)
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
9 inch graham crust

Cream butter, add sugar, chocolate, extract and vanilla. Mix. Beat in eggs 1 at a time, beating 5 minutes after each egg. Pour into crust and chill at least 2 hours.
