POLISH SAUSAGE STEW 
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 1/2 lbs. Polish sausages, cut in 2" pieces
2 or 3 pared, chopped apples
4 med. potatoes, pared & cubed (lg. chunks)
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
